In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, providing personalized fragrance consultations, delivering exceptional luxury customer service, and driving sales within an upscale retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized fragrance recommendations and expert consultations to high-net-worth clients.
- Present prestigious fragrance houses, intricate scent notes, raw ingredients, and captivating product stories to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering brand loyalty and driving repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Maintain an immaculate and luxurious presentation of the fragrance area, displays, and testers.
- Support exclusive product launches, in-store events, and brand activations.
- Utilize digital tools such as WhatsApp and social media channels for client engagement and relationship management.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in luxury retail, beauty, or niche fragrance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fragrance families, scent notes, and structural composition.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Immaculate grooming and a polished appearance befitting a luxury retail setting.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media and messaging platforms for modern clienteling.
- Fluent in written and spoken English with a confident, engaging personality.
