Key Responsibilities- Pick up customer orders from assigned collection points
- Deliver parcels safely and punctually to designated recipients
- Capture clear proof of delivery through photographs and recipient signatures
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service at all touchpoints
- Return undelivered parcels to the hub with complete documentation
- Provide real-time delivery status updates via mobile phone
- Current SSCE certification or equivalent qualification
- Permanent residency in Trans Amadi, Woji, Abuloma, or D/Line (mandatory)
- Functional Android smartphone with reliable battery life or power bank
- Valid means of transportation such as bicycle or motorcycle
- Comprehensive knowledge of assigned delivery locations with proven navigation skills
- Verifiable Port Harcourt-based guarantor for background verification
