About the Role
Alan & Grant is a premier Human Resources and Business Advisory firm dedicated to delivering strategic and impactful solutions for our diverse clients. We are currently seeking a results-driven Food Service Manager to own, develop, and aggressively grow our Food Service channel within the assigned region. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead revenue growth, champion new customer acquisition, enhance customer retention, and lead a high-performing field team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver regional Food Service revenue and strategic customer acquisition targets.
- Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing regional team of Key Account Officers, Telesales Officers, and Delivery Officers.
- Drive market coverage growth across institutions, schools, eateries, vendors, and caterers.
- Execute field-level strategies including recipe switching, product detailing, and pre-selling to convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify operational gaps, and implement robust recovery plans.
- Collaborate with General Trade teams and distributors to resolve stock availability and fulfillment issues.
- Deliver comprehensive performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; culinary or food industry background is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial or sales experience in FMCG, food service, HORECA, or B2B environments.
- At least 2 years of proven experience managing and leading a field sales team.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
