We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our vibrant dining and beverage operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a world-class culinary experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and banquet services to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to high hospitality standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and proactive guest service.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with the procurement team to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to ensure prompt order execution, accurate menu presentation, and flawless event coordination.
- Enforce strict health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations across all food and beverage service areas.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Team Lead within a reputable hotel or upscale dining establishment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and inventory control.
- Residency in Akure or willingness to relocate to Ondo State is required.
