We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our growing team in Nigeria and drive operational excellence across our outlets.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations to ensure seamless service delivery and high guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate F&B staff members to foster continuous professional growth and adherence to brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and minimize operational wastage to optimize profitability.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to ensure menu compliance, quality control, and excellent presentation.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation standards across all food and beverage service areas.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated passion for human capacity building and team development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage flexible working hours including weekends and holidays.
