In this role, you will serve as a key ambassador of our brand, ensuring that our discerning executive lounge guests receive warm, seamless, and personalized service that exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and attend to Executive Lounge guests with a warm, professional, and courteous demeanor, anticipating their needs and handling inquiries promptly.
- Maintain pristine presentation of buffet displays, beverage stations, and service areas, ensuring proper stock levels and hygiene standards throughout operational hours.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while strictly adhering to established hotel service etiquette and food safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office, and supervisory teams to guarantee flawless communication and service delivery.
- Handle hotel property and equipment responsibly, support cost-control initiatives, and promptly report any shortages, maintenance issues, or hygiene concerns.
- Comply with all company policies, grooming standards, and participate actively in mandatory training, briefings, and performance development sessions.
- Minimum of a B.Sc, Diploma, or certificate in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Service, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage service within an upscale hotel, executive lounge, or premium restaurant environment.
- Possession of a valid Food Handlers Test is mandatory; additional hospitality or food safety certifications are a strong advantage.
