About the Role
LEAM Consulting Limited, a foremost professional consulting firm with a proven track record of delivering excellent services to individuals and corporate organizations, is seeking an experienced, hands-on, and result-driven Restaurant General Manager. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of our daily restaurant operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional service standards across all our branches in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage staff, assign responsibilities, and monitor employee performance to ensure seamless service delivery and workflow.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, manage labor costs, control food wastage and inventory, and analyze financial performance with department heads.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, service, and other operational departments to ensure effective daily business operations.
- Develop innovative strategies, coordinate promotional activities, manage corporate bookings, and plan special events to expand the restaurant revenue streams.
- Oversee administrative duties, human resource management, and people operations to foster a productive and positive work environment.
- HND or B.Sc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in a senior management role, preferably within the fast-food, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in administration, Human Resource Management, and people operations.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently without supervision, combined with high attention to detail and a proactive management style.
