Key Responsibilities- Lead comprehensive food manufacturing and product development projects from initial concept to successful market launch.
- Manage project timelines, financial budgets, key deliverables, and client expectations effectively.
- Coordinate product formulation, pilot plant production, industrial scale-up, and commercialization phases.
- Ensure strict compliance with NAFDAC regulations, GMP, HACCP, and international food safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing and operations teams to optimize production processes and enhance product quality.
- Support business growth through proposal development, accurate project scoping, and proactive client engagement.
- Prepare detailed project reports and deliver regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in food manufacturing, product development, or food processing environments.
- Proven track record of successfully managing food products from concept stage through to commercial production.
- Strong, practical knowledge of NAFDAC registration processes, GMP, HACCP, and modern food manufacturing workflows.
- Previous working experience within the FMCG or commercial food manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
- Exceptional project management, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must possess demonstrable hands-on experience operating within a certified food manufacturing facility or processing plant.
