About the Role
Dicalo Consulting Group is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Operations and Supply Chain Manager to oversee our end-to-end operational activities across retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels. You will play a vital role in enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting our rapid expansion in Nigeria's dynamic consumer goods sector.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, warehousing, logistics, and order fulfillment.
- Develop and implement inventory control systems to minimize stockouts, wastage, and discrepancies.
- Monitor supplier performance, negotiate vendor contracts, and mitigate operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve demand planning and forecasting accuracy.
- Drive operational excellence by establishing robust standard operating procedures (SOPs) and tracking key performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in operations and supply chain management within FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or beauty sectors.
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, APICS, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma are a distinct advantage.
