About the Role
Wertvoll Consulting Services, a premier hospitality consulting firm in Lekki, Lagos, is partnering with Blue Apple Hotel located in Awoyaya, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos, to recruit a competent, passionate, and service-driven Food & Beverage Manager. In this pivotal role, you will lead the culinary and beverage service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while optimizing operational efficiency and revenue growth for the property.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery and strict adherence to brand standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive F&B revenue, minimize wastage, and maximize overall departmental profitability.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate F&B staff to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and proactive customer service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and events teams to design innovative menus, manage special events, and cater to diverse guest preferences.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations across all dining and bar areas.
- Minimum of a Ordinary National Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience working as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar senior supervisory hospitality role.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities geared towards guest satisfaction.
- Strong commercial awareness with proven capability in budget management and cost control.
- Residency in or proximity to Ibeju-Lekki, Awoyaya, and environs in Lagos is an added advantage.
