About the Role
Azusa Hotel & Apartments is a premier hospitality brand in Abuja offering a refined aparthotel experience that combines modern hotel services with the comfort of residential living. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to take full ownership of the day-to-day operations, commercial performance, and leadership of our F&B department.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars, banqueting, and room service.
- Take ownership of F&B P&L performance, budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reporting.
- Drive revenue growth and maximise departmental profitability through strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu development, engineering, pricing, and profitability.
- Monitor food and beverage costs, wastage, stock levels, and variances.
- Manage procurement and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers.
- Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of the F&B team.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to identify opportunities for increased F&B revenue.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage management within a reputable hotel or hospitality establishment.
- Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Catering Management, or a related field.
- Strong experience in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proven knowledge of menu engineering, pricing, and food & beverage cost control.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, procurement, supplier relations, and stock control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, training, and team-development skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimisation.
