About the Role
Gramaze Healthcare is a registered, technology-driven home healthcare organisation and digital coordination platform based in Nigeria. We specialize in connecting families, qualified caregivers, and medical professionals through integrated technological workflows, ensuring clinical care delivery is structured, transparent, and highly personalized. We are currently expanding our team and looking for four dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional home-based support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate, daily personal care and assistance to patients in their homes.
- Monitor patient vital signs, health status, and overall well-being, reporting any changes promptly.
- Assist patients with mobility, medication reminders, personal hygiene, and light housekeeping.
- Utilize Gramaze Healthcare's digital platform to log care activities, update schedules, and communicate with the care coordination team.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable home environment for clients.
- Build positive, professional relationships with patients and their families, ensuring transparent and empathetic communication.
- Must possess a valid Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) license OR a recognized care-giving certificate.
- Proven experience in caregiving, nursing, or a related healthcare field is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills.
