About the Role
DESAC Energy Nigeria Limited, a leading indigenous oil and gas, engineering, and industrial construction company based in Warri, Delta State, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Flowback Supervisor to join our dynamic operations team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all flowback and well-testing operations, ensuring that activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily flowback and well-testing operations at well sites.
- Ensure all equipment is properly rigged up, operated, and maintained according to company and client specifications.
- Monitor well pressures, flow rates, and fluid characteristics, recording accurate operational data.
- Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies on site.
- Troubleshoot operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and mitigate potential risks.
- Lodge daily operational reports and coordinate logistics with project engineers and client representatives.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and safety briefings with the field crew.
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in flowback, well testing, or oilfield operations within the oil and gas sector.
- Valid industry certifications, including BOSIET, HUET, and relevant safety credentials.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary field teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
- Willingness to reside or relocate to Warri, Delta State, and deploy to offshore or onshore field locations as required.
