About the Role

DESAC Energy Nigeria Limited, a leading indigenous oil and gas, engineering, and industrial construction company based in Warri, Delta State, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Flowback Supervisor to join our dynamic operations team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all flowback and well-testing operations, ensuring that activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily flowback and well-testing operations at well sites.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly rigged up, operated, and maintained according to company and client specifications.
  • Monitor well pressures, flow rates, and fluid characteristics, recording accurate operational data.
  • Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies on site.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and mitigate potential risks.
  • Lodge daily operational reports and coordinate logistics with project engineers and client representatives.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and safety briefings with the field crew.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in flowback, well testing, or oilfield operations within the oil and gas sector.
  • Valid industry certifications, including BOSIET, HUET, and relevant safety credentials.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary field teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Willingness to reside or relocate to Warri, Delta State, and deploy to offshore or onshore field locations as required.
