About the Role

We are currently recruiting a talented and creative Florist to join our prestigious hospitality environment. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, arranging, and maintaining fresh floral displays across hotel lobbies, public areas, guest rooms, and event spaces, significantly enhancing our property's luxury aesthetic and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Design and create breathtaking fresh floral arrangements for the lobby, reception, restaurants, and various public areas.
- Prepare bespoke floral arrangements tailored for VIP guests, special occasions, and corporate events.
- Regularly refresh and maintain existing arrangements to ensure all flowers remain fresh, vibrant, and presentable.
- Collaborate closely with Food & Beverage and Events teams to deliver precise floral requirements for banquets, weddings, and functions.
- Manage inventory levels by sourcing and ordering high-quality flowers, plants, and floral supplies while actively minimizing wastage.
- Liaise with local vendors and suppliers to guarantee cost-effective and premium floral sourcing.
- Minimum of an SSCE or OND qualification; formal certification or apprenticeship in floristry is strongly preferred.
- At least 2 years of proven professional experience as a florist, ideally within a luxury hotel, events, or hospitality setting.
- Strong technical expertise in floral design, arrangement, and general plant care.
- Excellent soft skills including high creativity, exceptional attention to detail, time management, and a refined aesthetic sensibility.
