We are currently looking for a passionate and skilled Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team and help elevate our gastronomic offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest culinary standards of taste and presentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to develop innovative menus that celebrate modern and traditional Nigerian ingredients.
  • Supervise, mentor, and delegate tasks to junior kitchen staff and commis chefs during prep and service.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards across all food preparation and storage areas in compliance with health regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, minimize food waste, and assist with ordering fresh, high-quality local produce.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination with front-of-house staff for private dining events and curated gatherings.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional culinary experience in a reputable restaurant, hotel, or private dining setting.
  • Deep knowledge and appreciation of Nigerian cuisine, indigenous ingredients, and modern culinary techniques.
  • Possess relevant culinary school certifications, diplomas, or equivalent professional training.
  • Demonstrated ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
