About the Role
Skipper Eye-Q Speciality Hospital, a renowned international eye care provider with a chain of 42 hospitals across India and Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic Floor Coordinator / Floor Manager to drive operational excellence and exceptional patient experiences. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the crucial link between clinical and non-clinical departments, ensuring seamless patient journeys from registration through to discharge.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily floor operations, patient flow, and interdepartmental coordination to minimize wait times.
- Supervise support personnel, including receptionists, customer service executives, and housekeeping staff.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, actively welcoming patients and resolving complaints professionally.
- Monitor adherence to hospital operational policies, infection control protocols, and quality standards.
- Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly operational and incident reports for management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in hospital operations, healthcare administration, or customer service management.
- Prior working experience in an ophthalmic or multi-specialty healthcare facility is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
