About the Role
P-GAT Industries is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Fleet Operations Supervisor to join our landmark ATRaS Mobility Ecosystem. Launched as a N300 billion transport modernization and green initiative, our platform is revolutionizing regional logistics and transportation across Northeast Nigeria. In this full-time role based in Adamawa State, you will play a crucial part in cutting commuting costs, driving sustainability, and modernizing the local economy through efficient daily transport operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day fleet deployment and vehicle availability to ensure optimal operational schedules.
- Monitor fleet performance, track utilization rates, and enforce strict operational procedures in the field.
- Oversee rider compliance and safety standards across all active transit routes.
- Manage incident reporting protocols and resolve field operational challenges promptly.
- Coordinate seamlessly with technical and rider-management teams to maintain high service delivery standards.
- Minimum of a Diploma or National Diploma (ND) in Transport Management, Logistics, Automobile/Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in fleet management, transport, logistics, or vehicle operations.
- Strong problem-solving, supervisory, and reporting skills with the ability to manage field teams effectively.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in Adamawa State, Nigeria.
- Possession of applicable current credentials, professional licenses, or certifications required for the role.
