In this full-time role based in Adamawa State, you will play a crucial part in cutting commuting costs, driving sustainability, and modernizing the local economy through efficient daily transport operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day fleet deployment and vehicle availability to ensure optimal operational schedules.
  • Monitor fleet performance, track utilization rates, and enforce strict operational procedures in the field.
  • Oversee rider compliance and safety standards across all active transit routes.
  • Manage incident reporting protocols and resolve field operational challenges promptly.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with technical and rider-management teams to maintain high service delivery standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Diploma or National Diploma (ND) in Transport Management, Logistics, Automobile/Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in fleet management, transport, logistics, or vehicle operations.
  • Strong problem-solving, supervisory, and reporting skills with the ability to manage field teams effectively.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in Adamawa State, Nigeria.
  • Possession of applicable current credentials, professional licenses, or certifications required for the role.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to teamwork and excellence.
