About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Fleet Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day fleet activities, optimize vehicle utilization, and ensure adherence to safety standards across our network.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily deployment and utilization of vehicles including bikes, vans, and trucks to meet inter-state and last-mile delivery schedules.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules, coordinate prompt repairs, and minimize vehicle downtime.
- Supervise drivers and riders to ensure high productivity, strict discipline, and compliance with company safety policies.
- Monitor fuel consumption, prevent wastage, and manage operational expenses to achieve cost-efficient delivery operations.
- Utilize GPS tracking and fleet management systems to monitor vehicles, analyze performance KPIs, and generate reports.
- Manage relationships with third-party transporters, maintenance vendors, and internal operational teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in fleet management or logistics operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in managing drivers, riders, and multi-vehicle operations with a focus on last-mile delivery.
- Proficiency in using fleet management software, GPS tracking systems, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with deep knowledge of local transport regulations.
