About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Fleet Manager to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the seamless operation of our vehicle fleet, driving efficiency, and upholding our commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily fleet operations, driver schedules, vehicle availability, and overall dispatch activities.
- Monitor vehicle locations and driver performance in real-time using advanced GPS tracking systems.
- Control operational expenses, optimize fuel consumption, and report key fleet performance metrics to management.
- Plan efficient vehicle deployment, trip schedules, and route assignments to guarantee timely deliveries.
- Supervise drivers and coordinate logistics teams to promote safe, compliant, and efficient working practices.
- Investigate accidents, vehicle breakdowns, and other transit incidents promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Transport Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in fleet or transport management, specifically overseeing commercial vehicles and drivers.
- Proficiency in utilizing GPS tracking software, alongside strong data analysis and Microsoft Excel reporting skills.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Mandatory bilingual fluency in both English and Hausa languages.
