About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fit-Out Manager to lead internal construction and finishing works across our multi-unit residential developments in Nigeria. In this role, you will be instrumental in turning architectural visions into high-quality homes, ensuring our spaces set new benchmarks for modern living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, sequence, and manage all internal fit-out works across blocks including partitions, wet rooms, kitchens, plastering, screeds, tiling, flooring, painting, and joinery.
  • Oversee the wet room and bathroom installation programme in close coordination with site logistics and crane operators.
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive fit-out schedules, tracking unit-by-unit completion status alongside the Programme and MEP Manager.
  • Coordinate trade sequences proactively to eliminate conflicts, rework, and delays between overlapping trades.
  • Manage fit-out subcontractors effectively and conduct daily progress walks across all project blocks.
  • Streamline MEP second-fix sequencing relative to partition and plaster works to maintain project momentum.
  • Lead the snagging process in the final phase by producing detailed defect schedules and ensuring thorough rectification to unit sign-off.
  • Maintain uncompromising quality standards across all units, typologies, and daily construction operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with a proven track record in residential fit-out management on multi-unit developments.
  • Exceptional understanding of trade sequencing and interdependencies in high-volume residential fit-outs.
  • Professional membership with the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB) or registration with the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) is a strong advantage.
  • Meticulous attention to finish quality, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple subcontractor gangs simultaneously.
