About the Role
Hobark International Limited (HIL), a leading player in the oil and gas industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fishing Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in coordinating complex well intervention projects, ensuring optimal efficiency, safety, and adherence to international industry standards across all our offshore and onshore operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage all fishing tools and downhole operations to ensure successful well intervention projects.
- Develop comprehensive operational plans, procedures, and schedules in alignment with client requirements and safety guidelines.
- Oversee Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) maintenance standards to guarantee optimal performance of all operational equipment.
- Lodge technical reports, provide analytical insights, and deliver impactful presentations to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Manage operational risks and troubleshoot complex challenges efficiently under high-pressure environments.
- Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, drilling specialists, and engineering personnel to achieve project milestones.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Applied Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Well Intervention Services within the oil and gas sector.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in fishing tools and downhole operations.
- Solid understanding and practical application of OEM maintenance standards.
- Proven track record in operational planning, coordination, and team leadership.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
