About the Role
Join Adexen's client as a First Officer in a dynamic private aviation operation. You will work alongside experienced Captains to ensure the safe, efficient, and professional execution of flights using Bombardier Challenger 604/605 aircraft across Nigeria and international destinations. This role demands exceptional technical flying capabilities, strong crew coordination, and unwavering commitment to safety and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Captain in safe and efficient operation of all assigned flights
- Participate in pre-flight planning, aircraft preparation, and operational briefings
- Support navigation, radio communications, and flight management activities
- Conduct flight planning and aircraft performance calculations
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, Standard Operating Procedures, and safety requirements
- Monitor aircraft systems and flight parameters throughout all operations
- Coordinate effectively with maintenance, dispatch, and ground handling teams
- Maintain exceptional Crew Resource Management and cockpit coordination
- Contribute to continuous improvement of flight safety standards
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding passengers, schedules, and operations
- Support flexible scheduling including weekends and international assignments
- Valid ICAO Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL)
- Current Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Minimum 2,000 total flight hours
- Bombardier Challenger 604/605 Type Rating (preferred) or willingness to obtain certification
- Previous corporate, private, or business aviation experience
- Excellent understanding of international flight operations
- Strong technical flying and communication skills
- High integrity, discretion, and professional conduct
- Valid passport with ability to obtain international visas
- Willingness to be based in Nigeria with extensive international travel
