About the Role
Proforce Limited is a globally recognized total defence solution provider specializing in advanced armoured vehicles and personal protection. We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finisher to join our thriving production team at our manufacturing facility in Ode Remo, Ogun State. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our protective mobility products meet the highest standards of structural integrity, safety, and aesthetic excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Perform precision finishing works on vehicle bodies, panels, components, and fabricated parts.
- Prepare raw and welded surfaces using professional grinding, sanding, filling, and polishing techniques.
- Identify and correct surface imperfections, weld marks, dents, and scratches to achieve flawless results.
- Interpret basic engineering drawings and technical specifications to guide daily production tasks.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized workshop finishing equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect finished components for proper alignment, smoothness, quality, and visual standards.
- Collaborate closely with welders, panel beaters, fabricators, and production engineers.
- Adhere strictly to company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols while maintaining a clean workspace.
- Possess a minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO, NABTEB, Trade Test, or Technical College certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in vehicle finishing, metal fabrication, or automobile manufacturing.
- Demonstrated practical knowledge of engineering processes and vehicle body components.
- Ability to read, understand, and apply basic engineering drawings and measurements.
- Strong physical fitness, reliability, and acute attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
