About the Role
President Paint Nigeria Limited, a leading and pioneering indigenous paint manufacturing company with over 500 retail locations nationwide, is seeking a diligent and experienced Finished Goods Store Officer to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain operations by ensuring the seamless coordination of warehouse activities, accurate inventory tracking, and efficient dispatch of finished products from our production unit to the loading bay.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the secure and efficient release of finished products from the store to the loading bay for distribution.
- Receive finished goods from the production department, verify quantities through internal delivery logs, and post data accurately into the system.
- Oversee the physical movement of goods from the production floor to the storage facility while maintaining strict inventory accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels for various products in strict compliance with company inventory policies.
- Perform daily data entry of outgoing product information and internal delivery details into the inventory management system.
- Check and reconcile inventory records regularly to prevent discrepancies and ensure optimal stock control.
- Compile and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly inventory and store activity reports to management.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc in Accounting, Business Administration, or related commercial courses.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in spreadsheet applications and word processing software.
- High level of personal integrity, honesty, and professional accountability.
- Strong data entry skills with keen attention to detail and high accuracy levels.
