About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive Fine Art lessons in accordance with the national and international secondary school curriculum.
- Encourage and develop students' creative talents in various mediums, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and crafts.
- Assess and evaluate student artwork, providing constructive feedback to promote continuous skill improvement.
- Prepare students effectively for junior and senior secondary certificate examinations.
- Organize school art exhibitions, displays, and cultural events to showcase student creativity.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and inspiring art studio environment conducive to artistic exploration.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate arts and culture into broader school programs and activities.
- Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art, Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Fine and Applied Arts, or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven teaching experience in a reputable secondary school setting.
- Strong subject matter expertise with a deep portfolio of personal or professional artistic work.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering moral, spiritual, and academic growth in students.
