Key Responsibilities- Manage and monitor digital trading transactions across various company platforms efficiently.
- Assist customers professionally with digital trade enquiries, account issues, and transaction-related requests.
- Process trade orders accurately, verify transaction details, and maintain error-free digital records.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve transaction discrepancies and escalate technical problems promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all daily digital trade activities and operational updates.
- Prepare accurate periodic reports detailing digital transactions for management review.
- Ensure strict adherence to the organization's financial policies, regulatory standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guarantee high levels of client satisfaction and trust.
- Assist new users seamlessly with onboarding onto digital financial services and platforms.
- Minimum of an OND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate complex digital platforms effortlessly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluent English proficiency.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering stellar customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and processing.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital financial transactions will be an added advantage.
