About the Role
RS Hunter Limited is looking for a dedicated Financial Reporting & Controlling Specialist to strengthen our finance operations. In this role, you will ensure timely financial reporting, monitor performance, and enforce effective internal controls to support strategic business decisions across our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports, schedules, and supporting variance analyses.
- Assist with rigorous month-end closing activities to ensure strict adherence to reporting deadlines.
- Monitor actual financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support cost-control initiatives and ensure compliance with approved financial policies and procedures.
- Assist with general ledger reviews, account reconciliations, journal entries, and audit preparations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in financial reporting, management accounting, or finance operations.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, general ledger accounting, and internal control frameworks.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with modern ERP or accounting systems.
