About the Role
Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, a prominent leader in the Nigerian manufacturing and FMCG sector, is seeking an experienced and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager B2C to join our dynamic finance team. In this pivotal role, you will empower senior management with actionable financial insights, robust forecasting, and strategic decision support to drive our B2C business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build comprehensive financial models and evaluate project risks, returns, and strategic business cases.
- Analyze financial statements, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows to identify trends and variances.
- Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess overall business performance.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets, providing detailed variance analysis and explanations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to understand core business drivers.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial accounting standards and corporate policies.
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, project finance, or top-tier consulting within the FMCG industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
