Key Responsibilities- Prepare and manage comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports while overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Lead all tax-related activities, including corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax, and international taxation matters, ensuring robust compliance.
- Develop, review, and implement financial policies, internal controls, and risk management frameworks to support corporate governance.
- Drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and business expansion initiatives through detailed financial analysis and feasibility studies.
- Monitor cash flow, revenue projections, and financial performance metrics to align with overarching company growth objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, ICAN, CFA, or CPA.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven experience in a FinTech, Digital Lending company, Microfinance Bank, or related financial institution.
- Strong, demonstrated knowledge of international taxation, IFRS standards, cross-border regulations, and financial policy management.
- Proficiency in financial management systems, advanced Microsoft Excel, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
