About the Role
FMR Agency Limited is recruiting an Accountant on behalf of a reputable client in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. We are looking for a dedicated and analytical professional to maintain accurate financial records, manage transactions, and support our day-to-day financial operations in Abuja.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records and complete documentation for all daily business transactions.
- Record daily sales, operational expenses, and other financial activities systematically.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and perform routine account reconciliations.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
- Track ongoing expenses and actively support internal budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with standard accounting procedures and financial regulations.
- HND or BSc degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field of study.
- 1 to 3 years of proven accounting experience, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with prior experience in accounting software serving as a strong advantage.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Must reside in or around Lugbe, Abuja, and be able to commute daily to the office.
