About the Role
A well-established business services organization with operations supporting large corporate clients is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Data & Reporting Analyst to join its Finance and Business Support team in Nigeria. This role involves working in a high-volume environment with significant financial, employee, and operational data, playing a crucial part in strengthening reporting, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze large financial and operational datasets to provide meaningful management insights.
- Perform regular reconciliations across multiple data sources and investigate material variances.
- Review financial and operational information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Develop exception, variance, and executive management reports to improve business visibility.
- Build advanced Excel-based analytical tools, templates, and automated reporting workflows.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations departments to resolve data discrepancies.
- BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant professional experience in finance, audit, reporting, or data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
- Progress towards professional accounting qualifications like ACA, ACCA, or ICAN is an advantage.
- Competitive annual salary between NGN 7,200,000 and NGN 9,600,000 per annum.
