As our Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our robust portfolio of real estate developments and longstanding multinational clientele, helping us respond to continuously growing client needs through data-driven financial insights and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metric tracking to support business decision-making.
- Analyze financial data and create detailed financial models for real estate development projects and corporate investments.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses for senior management.
- Assist in budget preparation, expense management, and cash flow forecasting to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments to evaluate financial risks and identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, local regulatory standards, and accounting principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Must currently reside in Lagos, Nigeria, with authorization to work locally.
- Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and corporate finance.
- Prior working experience or a strong foundational understanding of the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in financial software, advanced Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
