Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging Financial Accounting lessons to high school students using a blended international and national curriculum.
- Design comprehensive lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that promote critical thinking and practical financial literacy.
- Utilize digital tools and educational technology to enhance classroom learning and student engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate student academic progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
- Maintain effective classroom management and cultivate a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student success and holistic development.
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Education, or a related field (B.Ed, B.Sc, B.A with PGDE or equivalent certification).
- Strong subject matter expertise in Financial Accounting and proven classroom management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing IT tools and digital platforms for modern teaching.
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable school setting is a distinct advantage.
