We are currently looking for a passionate Financial Accounting Teacher to join our esteemed faculty.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a class effectively while maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Identify and adopt the most effective teaching approaches suited for diverse student needs.
- Monitor teaching and learning activities to ensure academic milestones are met.
- Plan and deliver engaging, structured sequences of financial accounting lessons.
- Teach skills that develop students' ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
- Foster social independence and critical thinking among students.
- Contribute to the School Improvement Plan and ensure continuous academic progress.
- Assess and report students’ progress accurately to school management and parents.
- Minimum of a B.Ed, B.Sc(Ed), B.A(Ed) or an equivalent education degree.
- Compulsory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Possession of a P.G.D.E. and T.R.C.N. certification will be an added advantage.
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of relevant teaching experience.
- Fluent in English or French (written and spoken) with a proactive, go-getter attitude.
- Highly passionate about teaching and youth development.
- Conversant with 21st-century ICT tools and computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Office proficiency.
