Uni-Medical Healthcare Ltd Nigeria, a trusted subsidiary of Unigloves Singapore and UG Healthcare Corporation, is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Financial Accountant to join our dynamic team at our head office in Amuwo Odofin Industrial Estate, Lagos. As a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of disposable medical and cross-infection control products, we are committed to maintaining the highest financial standards to support our continuous expansion across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with international and local accounting standards.
  • Manage comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to guide executive decision-making.
  • Ensure full tax compliance, statutory remittances, and regulatory adherence with relevant Nigerian authorities.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions to manage audits and banking relationships.
  • Implement and monitor internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Mandatory professional certification including ICAN (ACA), ACCA, or CPA.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven financial accounting experience, preferably within the medical consumables, pharmaceuticals, or supply chain industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and high ethical standards.
  • Deep understanding of Nigerian tax laws, financial regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
