About the Role
All On is seeking a dynamic and driven Finance & Operations Analyst to join our dedicated Finance & Operations team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this vital role, you will work closely with the Finance Controller to support financial operations, investment administration, comprehensive reporting, procurement, and contract coordination. Key Responsibilities- Support the Finance Controller in day-to-day financial operations, accounting functions, and treasury management.
- Assist with investment administration, portfolio tracking, and financial performance monitoring of renewable energy projects.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, variance analyses, and management accounts.
- Coordinate procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration in compliance with organizational policies.
- Maintain internal controls, streamline operational workflows, and support internal and external audit processes.
- Engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including investees, partners, and financial institutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional experience in financial analysis, operations, or investment administration.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, accounting principles, and portfolio management.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
