In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining financial integrity, supporting plant operations, and managing day-to-day accounting functions with a high degree of precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate accurate payroll processing in liaison with Harobed & Associates management.
  • Manage procurement budgets effectively and monitor ongoing spending against approved limits.
  • Issue timely sales invoices and maintain meticulous records of all customer payments.
  • Track, record, and reconcile all factory-related expenses and incoming revenue.
  • Prepare comprehensive basic financial reports for the Plant Operations Manager and executive leadership.
  • Maintain organized financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation for audits.
  • Support the Plant Operations Manager with insightful cost analysis and annual budgeting.
  • Ensure all financial transactions strictly comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of an OND or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Progress towards or possession of recognized professional certifications such as ICAN, ANAN, or ATSWA is a strong advantage.
  • Prior hands-on experience in a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping role.
  • Previous working experience within a manufacturing or production plant environment is desirable.
  • Strong numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with modern accounting and ERP software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel for advanced financial tracking, modeling, and reporting.
  • Unwavering honesty, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive company finances.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
