About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and competent Finance Officer to strengthen our finance team, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and support our overarching business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an efficient and well-organized record management system for easy retrieval of accounting records and supporting documents.
  • Accurately record and maintain financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, expenses, and other accounting entries in the financial system.
  • Record, reconcile, and monitor daily, monthly, and annual transactions relating to customers and suppliers statements.
  • Perform regular account reconciliations and promptly investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents.
  • Maintain accurate ledger entries and support bank and other account reconciliations.
  • Support budgeting, cash flow management, and other financial planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with approved financial policies, procedures, accounting standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team and other business units to support the achievement of the organization's financial objectives.
  • Provide relevant financial records and documentation required for internal and external audits.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • ICAN certification is strictly required.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, account reconciliation, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional workplace ethics.
