About the Role

As a Finance Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial integrity and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Process and pay all expense tickets within 3 working hours of receipt to ensure timely management account preparation
- Ensure accurate and prompt remittance of withholding taxes (WHT) on all operational expense tickets in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare and spool first draft Cash General Ledgers on the first working day of each month
- Collect, review, and analyse bank statements on a weekly and monthly basis
- Support monthly bank reconciliation for all accounts managed by the finance department
- Perform additional duties as directed by your line manager
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
- Professional accounting qualification or active progress toward certification (ICAN, ACCA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
