• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and internal hospital policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Handle NHIA billing, claims processing, and related financial documentation accurately.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or partial professional certification are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience in financial management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated professionalism with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
