Account & Finance Manager

About the Role

• Oversee the comprehensive accounting and financial operations of the manufacturing facility.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
• Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and overall financial plans.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, material usage, labor expenses, overheads, and operational expenditures.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Production teams to monitor project and manufacturing costs.
• Establish and maintain robust internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental goals.

• Bachelor degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification such as ACA, ACCA, or ANAN is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong practical knowledge of engineering, supply chain, and automobile manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, and financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and enterprise financial systems.
