About the Role
Estrada International Staffing Solutions is looking for a disciplined Finance Manager who lives and breathes numbers to join our intellectual young team. This role goes beyond traditional bookkeeping, offering end-to-end financial stewardship to back our rapid organizational growth with precision, compliance, and strategic foresight.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and Balance Sheets while managing end-to-end accounting tools.
- Own the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) lifecycles to ensure timely cash flow and strict collections.
- Manage monthly payroll schedules and guarantee 100% compliance with Nigerian statutory remittances including FIRS, LIRS, and pensions.
- Drive quarterly Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), conduct variance and sensitivity analysis, and monitor liquidity risk.
- Develop and enforce robust financial control policies, ensuring all expenditures align with approved budgets and IFRS standards.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory active certification as a Chartered Accountant (ICAN or ACCA).
- Minimum of 2 years of proven end-to-end accounting experience within an accounting consulting firm or a fast-paced startup.
- Deep working knowledge of current Nigerian tax laws, financial regulations, and IFRS reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and forecasting.
