About the Role
Pinnah Foods Limited, a fast-growing restaurant chain with six vibrant outlets across Lagos, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic financial leadership, drive cost optimization, and ensure robust financial controls across all business units to support our continued growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present monthly management accounts, P&L statements per outlet and brand, and cash flow reports.
- Monitor and control Food Cost Percentage (FC%), operational expenses, and labor costs in collaboration with HR and Operations.
- Ensure accurate revenue capture and reconciliation across all sales channels, including POS and third-party platforms.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, vendor relationships, and inventory financial oversight to track stock variances and COGS.
- Maintain the fixed asset register, ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations, and support internal and external audits.
- Leverage ERP systems such as Odoo to automate workflows, improve financial processes, and drive data accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and financial discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA is strongly preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, or retail industry.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, cost control, inventory oversight, and internal audit processes.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
