About the Role
Wild Fusion Digital Centre (WDC) is a specialist training organisation and digital agency dedicated to delivering exceptional professional development and digital solutions. We are looking for an exceptionally sharp, highly operational, and resilient Finance Manager to own day-to-day financial operations, working capital management, client and campaign profitability analysis, and regulatory compliance. This role serves as the engine room of our financial function, driving cash flow agility, disciplined budget control, and flawless tax compliance across all digital campaigns, technology implementations, and corporate entities in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily accounting operations, revenue assurance, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Drive assertive accounts receivable management and build robust 13-week rolling cash flow forecasts to optimize treasury operations.
- Partner with Account Managers to evaluate real-time campaign and client-level profit margins and conduct variance analysis.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian tax regulations, including timely computation and remittance of WHT, VAT, CIT, and PAYE via FIRS and LIRS platforms.
- Maintain rigorous internal controls, approval authority matrices, and fraud-prevention frameworks across all transactions.
- B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with mandatory ICAN, ACA, or ACCA certification.
- 6 to 10 years of post-qualification finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or lead operational accounting role within a digital agency, media, tech, or professional services background.
- Advanced proficiency in cloud accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Sage, or NetSuite, alongside advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Deep, practical mastery of Nigerian tax laws, FIRS TaxPro-Max, and statutory compliance workflows.
- Demonstrated resilience, high-level analytical capabilities, and exceptional communication skills to present financial metrics to non-finance stakeholders.
