We are currently seeking a highly motivated and analytical Investment Banking Graduate Trainee to join our vibrant team at Norrenberger Advisory Partners Limited in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support financial modeling, valuation, and rigorous financial analysis for various corporate finance and advisory engagements.
  • Conduct comprehensive industry, company, and market research to facilitate seamless transaction execution.
  • Assist in drafting professional pitchbooks, information memoranda, client presentations, and financial reports.
  • Participate actively in due diligence processes and analyze complex financial and operational information.
  • Monitor macroeconomic developments, capital market trends, and industry updates relevant to ongoing transactions.
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of client solutions.
  • Maintain organized transaction databases and prepare relevant internal or client meeting materials.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Must have successfully completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps program.
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience, with prior internships in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or asset management being a distinct advantage.
  • Progress toward professional qualifications such as ACA or ACCA is highly valued.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, corporate finance fundamentals, and the Nigerian financial markets.
  • Exceptional analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong attention to detail.
