Key Responsibilities- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting across various business units.
- Manage financial controls and procedures within Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations to optimize profitability and reduce waste.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements including ICAN standards.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions to manage corporate accounts and mitigate risks.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to executive management.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the finance and accounts team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Must be a fully certified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
- Minimum of 5 years of cognate finance experience, with mandatory direct experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
