About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to direct our payment collection procedures, optimize accounts receivable, and ensure robust financial record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the timely collection of payments, processing of invoices, and resolution of missed payments.
- Supervise the accounts receivable staff, assign tasks, and enforce company debt collection policies.
- Lead the price review process and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform comprehensive debt aging analysis and forecast monthly receivables for management reporting.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to guarantee accurate and timely invoicing.
- Allocate payments and maintain updated financial records utilizing the Zoho Accounting Platform.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proficiency in accounting software, specifically Zoho Accounting, and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of general ledger functions, financial reporting, and debt aging analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Professional accounting certifications will be an added advantage.
