Key Responsibilities- Drive financial strategy by overseeing all financial operations to ensure alignment with the hotel's strategic goals and optimize profitability.
- Oversee financial planning and analysis by directing the preparation of annual plans, projections, and budgets to support key business decisions.
- Advise hotel leadership and ownership as the primary financial advisor, offering data-driven recommendations to enhance overall performance.
- Ensure financial compliance by upholding Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and safeguarding assets through robust financial controls.
- Optimize financial reporting systems and processes to drive accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency across departments.
- Monitor and approve financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payroll, and expenses, to maintain strict fiscal responsibility.
- Cultivate a high-performing team by driving engagement, professional development, performance management, and recognition programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a relevant business discipline (Master's degree or professional certification like ACA or ACCA is preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive financial management experience, preferably within the hospitality or luxury service sector.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, GAAP compliance, and financial reporting systems.
