Fact Base Consulting is currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our financial future, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving sustainable business growth across all departments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in line with overall corporate objectives and long-term goals.
- Lead the comprehensive preparation of annual budgets and detailed financial plans to guide executive decision-making.
- Monitor ongoing financial performance closely and provide actionable, strategic recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Partner proactively with retail operations, procurement, and sales teams to minimize operational costs and enhance financial performance.
- Lead, mentor, and actively develop members of the finance team to foster a high-performance work culture.
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with at least three (3) years served in a senior or leadership role.
- Possession of a higher degree or professional certification such as ACA or ACCA is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, financial modeling, cost minimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
