We are currently looking for a results-driven Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and strengthen our market position in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will shape our financial strategy, guarantee revenue assurance, and enforce stringent internal controls specifically tailored to the fast-paced manufacturing and food processing industry.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes while actively monitoring actual performance against financial projections.
- Analyze complex financial data to identify emerging trends, mitigate risks, and uncover business opportunities.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax laws, accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to guarantee financial integrity and prevent misstatements.
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable operations, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Provide seamless support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Must be partly qualified with recognized professional accounting bodies (e.g., ICAN, ACCA).
- Proven professional experience working within the food processing or manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal control implementation.
